For over forty years, the Giaveri family has dedicated itself to the art of sturgeon farming in the heart of Northern Italy. What began as a vision by Rodolfo Giaveri is now carried forward by his daughters—Giada, Jenny, and Joyce.
In our state-of-the-art farms near Venice, we respect the natural life cycle of ten different sturgeon species. Using the traditional Malossol (low salt) method, we ensure that every tin of Caviar Giaveri preserves the authentic, delicate notes of the sea.
